Phlogopite
Phlogopite is a hard flaky powder, an aluminum silicate containing iron, magnesium, and potassium. Due to its high diameter-to-thickness ratio, it has good stiffness and dimensional stability in plastic applications. It can improve the heat resistance of plastics. It is used in auto parts and can also be used in anti-corrosion coatings for ships.
